Leadfacto ("we", "us", "our") operates the Leadfacto.ai platform (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data.
1. Information we collect
Account data: your name, email address, company, and password hash when you create an account.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, watchlists created, searches performed, and interactions with the Copilot, used to operate and improve the Service.
Uploaded content: candidate CVs, email templates and any assets you choose to upload. This content is stored securely and is only accessible to your workspace.
Third-party lead data: job postings and company signals sourced from public web data providers.
2. How we use your data
- Provide, operate and maintain the Service.
- Process payments and manage your subscription.
- Send transactional emails (watchlist ready, account, billing).
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms.
- Improve product quality, features and performance.
3. Legal bases (GDPR)
We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, your consent (where required, e.g. marketing cookies), and legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We share data with sub-processors strictly to run the Service: Supabase (database and auth), Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery), data enrichment providers, and our AI providers via the Lovable AI Gateway. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data retention
We keep account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. invoicing records).
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email us at privacy@leadfacto.ai to exercise these rights.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel and protected by MFA.
